This policy explains how Cicook Joint Stock Company (tax code 0318715088, “Cicook”, “we”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit odmseasoning.com and send us an enquiry. It is based on Vietnam’s Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 and its implementing Decree 356/2025/ND-CP.

1. Data we collect

• Information you provide in the quote form: name, company, email, phone number, product of interest, market, expected volume, packaging and your message.
• Information when you contact us directly by phone, email, Zalo or WhatsApp.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information recorded automatically by the server to operate and secure the website.

We do not ask for or intentionally collect sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in the form.

2. How we use it

• To answer your enquiry, advise you and send manufacturing quotes.
• To communicate during sampling, contracting and order fulfilment.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for other purposes without your consent.

3. Legal basis

We process data based on your consent when you submit the form or contact us, and on other grounds permitted by law (for example, to perform a contract). You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us (section 9).

4. Storage and processors

• Website: hosted on servers of a hosting provider in Vietnam (Mat Bao). Form submissions are stored in the website’s admin system.
• Email: enquiries are forwarded to our company mailbox love@cicook.vn, which uses Google Workspace.
• Embedded content: the Contact page embeds Google Maps; when the map loads, Google may collect data under its own policy. Zalo and WhatsApp buttons take you to third-party services with their own policies.

Data is shared only with Cicook staff who handle your enquiry, the service providers above, or competent authorities where required by law.

5. Cookies

The website uses essential cookies to remember your language (Vietnamese/English) and to make the form work. It does not currently use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

6. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain our business relationship, or longer where the law requires (for example accounting records and contracts). When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Security

The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to the admin system and mailbox is limited to responsible staff. Formulas and product documents you send are kept confidential; when we work together, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

8. Your rights

Under personal data protection law, you have the right to:

• Be informed about the processing of your data;
• Access, correct or obtain a copy of your data;
• Withdraw consent, object to or restrict processing;
• Request deletion of your data;
• Lodge a complaint as provided by law.

We handle requests within the time limits set by law and may ask you to verify your identity first.
