Consultation
Tell us the product, market, sales channel, target price and pack format. Cicook recommends the right model: OEM, ODM or private label.

R&D & sampling
Start from an existing base formula or develop a new one. If you already have a formula, we run trials to match your reference sample.

Flavour & packaging tuning
Samples are adjusted to your feedback until the flavour is locked in, alongside packaging, labels and pack format.

Quote & contract
A detailed quote based on the agreed formula and format. We sign the contract and a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect your formula.

Production & QA/QC
Production on a closed-loop line, with quality control from ingredient intake to finished goods. Every batch has a certificate of analysis (COA).

Delivery
Case packing, storage and delivery within Vietnam or for export, with all documents travelling with the shipment.
Quality managed by systems, not chance
The factory runs to international food-safety standards, ready for domestic and export markets.
FDA registered (USA)
Made in a facility registered with the US Food and Drug Administration.

Food safety management system, certified by an IAF-accredited body.

About the process
How long from consultation to finished goods?
It depends on whether we use an existing base or develop a new formula, how many sample rounds are needed, and packaging. Cicook will give you a specific timeline after the consultation.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Book through the hotline or the quote form and our team will arrange a visit.
Are samples charged?
It depends on the product and the amount of development. Cicook will confirm before any sampling starts.
